- delivery / reception activity of documents for wagons in border to and from railway operators, including:
- drawing up delivery / reception papers;
- filling up transit lists;
- filling up train specification;
- notice for wagons arrival / departure from the border (fax/e-mail);
- xerox CIM letters or any other documents;
- drafting weekly situations / monthly on traffic type;
- applying RID labels that are not on the wagons;
- drawing up CIM letters and transport documents for local traffic;
- support / representation at findings of absences / surplus of goods;
